The development of adaptive and comfortable sports bras is essential for adolescents, who experience rapid changes in body morphology during growth. Traditional bras, often made with molded polyurethane bra pads, frequently fail to accommodate these variations, leading to discomfort and poor fit. This study investigates the design of a flexible-fit bra utilizing advanced knitting technology and bio-based materials, including organic cotton and renewable acetate, to enhance comfort and adaptability.
